| Workout: 1 hour weight training and 1 hour cardio. | |
| 4 | Post-workout: 160g Virtargo (carbs), 110g Whey Isolate, Creatine & L-Glutamine. |
| 5 | Chicken breast and veggies. |
| 6 | 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein. |
| 7 | Chicken breast and veggies. |
| 8 | 40g Whey Isolate and 40g Casein. |
| 9 | Chicken breast and veggies. |
| Workout 2: 1 hour weight training and 1 hour cardio. | |
